Through the Time & Material
Business Model, S2 TSI offers its clients the flexibility
to alter specifications based on upcoming market
trends. This model is suitable for projects, which
are in their initial stage of development where specifications
have not yet been clearly defined. The client pays
an hourly development fee which is a fee agreed
mutually at the time of contract signing. Hence,
the cost is determined by the amount of time and
resources expended. The client may revise the size
of the S2 TSI team and at the same time, optimize
the cost and duration of the project.
In this model, S2 TSI forms project
teams with the required team members, project managers,
equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements.
Most of our onsite services (unless it is part of a
fixed time, fixed price project) are delivered using
this business model. S2 TSI could bid for partial phases
of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and
the remaining parts on a time and material basis. In
such engagements, the Client has complete flexibility
in using our associates in tasks that match their area
of expertise.
