Sr. Identity Management (IDM) professionals

Need Identity Management (IDM) professionals in either of the IDM technologies like Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Sun IDM or CA IDM

Qualifications / Responsibilities
• 
  6 -8 years experience for Leads
  3 -5 years experience for Developers

Technical
•  Well versed and working experience in either of the IDM technologies like Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Sun IDM or CA IDM
•  Knowledge of Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
•  Knowledge of security technologies and concepts, including LDAP, Active Directory and Single Sign On a plus.
•  Understanding of Web Services architecture and design and service oriented architecture (SOA)-based enterprise applications.
•  Experience with one or more major COTS development frameworks or application packages, including Sun IDM, Oralcle IDM, CA IDM, Sail Point or Aveska
•  Hands on J2EE development experience

Leadership
•  Experience leading a team of at least 4 to 5 people
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  
•  Ability to interface with clients and Business Analysts to understand systems design and requirements.


•  Education
•  Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or a related technical field required

Developers - Java

•  3+ years industry experience in developing java applications
•  Strong knowledge of Core Java and J2EE concepts
•  Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
•  Exposure to Unix will be an added advantage.
•  Excellent communication skills – oral and written
